Order Status
When will my order ship?
  All of the Buddha Maitreya Shambhala Meditation and Healing Tools are handcrafted and often made to order. As such we cannot always guarantee when your item will be in stock and when it will ship. Most items ship within 2 weeks except for Meditation Pyramid Systems which normally take 4-6 weeks. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock on our site does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock when you order it. Please contact customer service by phone if you would like a best estimate of when an item will be ready to ship. Be sure also to give us your current email address and phone number when you place your order in case we need to contact you with an update.

Shipping Policy

Most items ship UPS ground within the United States or USPS express mail for international shipping and the full cost of shipping and handling is paid by the customer prior to shipment. UK orders will be shipped to our UK location and then on to the customer. If you would like to request express or overnight shipping for an item, please call us on the telephone numbers provided on our site to check the availability of the item and to find out more about the different rush shipping options available and their cost.

How do I track my order?

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

If you would like to request express or overnight shipping for an item, please call us on the telephone numbers provided on our site to check the availability of the item and to find out more about the different rush shipping options available and their cost.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
  The Tools are sold for fundraising purposes by The Church of Shambhala Vajradhara Maitreya Sangha, a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization. Due to the charitable nature of our work and the fact that the tools are handcrafted, customized and made to order all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations as donations are made immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
